BMTCN Review & Clinical Update

Post Program Evaluation

I have increased knowledge of CAR T products, associated toxicities (e.g., CRS, ICANS), and nursing management strategies.
I have increased knowledge of HSCT types, indications, and the transplant process (pre-transplant through post-transplant care).
I have increased knowledge of early/acute and late/chronic HSCT complications (including acute/chronic GVHD) and initial evidence-based management.
I have increased knowledge of key pharmacologic agents used in HSCT and cellular therapies (conditioning, immunosuppression, supportive care) and strategies to prevent/manage infectious complications.
As a result of this activity, I will be able to better care for patients who have received or are receiving HSCT and cellular therapies.
