1. What are they – Defining the term. How does it relate to BIPOC (Black Indigenous People of Color) and the gray area in being able to recognize it/them.

2. How do you know – Being aware of behaviors, changes in body language and recognizing the nuances as they occur.

3. What can you do – Ways in which you can be an active bystander and tools that allows you to be better equipped and brave in the moment.
